If you’re thinking about planning the ultimate birthday party for your son or daughter, you should consider Kids Club. 

Kids Club, located in Salmon Creek, has taken numerous creative steps and has prepared an abundance of innovative, thoughtful and immensely fun children’s birthday party themes that blend adventure and excitement into a child’s special day.

The company brings to market birthday parties that take the stress away from the parents and families in order for everyone to enjoy their time.

“We take care of everything,” said Colleen Bittner, of Kids Club. “We provide the cake, the pizza, decorations, paper plates, napkins, and of course, the entertainment. Parents just need to sit back and relax.”

Kids Club offers an abundance of fun party themes, designed to meet the needs and desires of little tikes all across Clark County.

Party themes include:

•   Jungle Safari (ages 3-10)

•   Swim Party (ages 6-11)

•   FUNtastic Gymnastics (ages 5-11)

•   Games Galore (ages 3-6)

•   Super Hero Party (ages 3-6)

•   Pirate Adventure (ages 3-5 or 6-9)

•   Gladiator Games (ages 7-11)

•   Princess Tea Party (ages 3-6)

•   Private Pool Party (ages 6-11)

•   Diva Party (ages 7-11)

The newest party theme is the Pirate Adventure, which incorporates two ships that fill up the club’s gym. Kids launch hand-held nerf cannons at each other, play games and have an  enjoyable time. Our photographers got to try it out and they too had a great time!

As with all the themed parties, the club provides the costumes so it creates a great atmosphere for the children. For example, with the Super Hero Party, kids may select from 12 types of costumes, which include Power Rangers, Batman, The Incredibles, Superwoman, Wolverine and X-Men.

The Gladiator Party has a balance beam over a foam bed and kids try to conquer each other. There’s a parallel obstacle course and a fun game of dodge ball.

The base price for each semi-hosted parties is $139 for Jungle Safari and Open Swim Party. Fully hosted parties, such as the Gladiator Games, Super Hero Party, Games Galore, Diva Party, and Princess Party have a base price of $199.  The base package includes two pitchers of pop or juice, paper goods for the children and set-up and clean-up. Each party is based on a group of 10 kids. There are added fees for larger groups.

Your party may be customized with a themed cake, balloon bouquet, goody bags, addtional beverages, large pizza from Pizza Schmizza, hot dogs & chips, or corn dog & chips. Each of these customized add-ons has an additional fee.

The club does have a weekday special for the Jungle Adventure for a low $99.

Club staff continue to listen to guest ideas on which party themes they’d like to see. The creative team also tests party ideas with the company’s preschool kids and afterschool daycare clients.

“We like to see what kids and parents like, and we’re always coming up with fun new ideas,” said Bittner. “There’s so many things for kids to do here. It’s really a fun place.”
